Allegheny County and NWS Pittsburgh publish flood and flash-flood guidance. Hillside homes can see foundation seepage; river wards have separate floodplain considerations. Areas: Downtown, South Side, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, North Side and nearby Mount Lebanon.
